Returns and Cancellations
Returns cannot be accepted once items are delivered using cash-on-delivery. Is it possible to claim a replacement or an exchange if you receive a defective item?
For faulty products, we will issue a full refund if the item is out of stock.
If the product is faulty, you will have 10 days to exchange it or return it. After 10 days even faulty products cannot be exchanged or returned. In that case, your product will be handled according to the warranty of the product.
